How do I register Phone Numbers to make calls?
Please follow the steps:

1)	First, dial the access number, 6877 5977 to register your mobile or telephone number. You will be prompted to select the language. Press One for English, Two for Chinese, Three for Tagalog (Philippines), Four for Indonesian, Five for Tamil, and Six for Thai.
2)	Enter the 12 digit card numbers.
3)	Press 4 to select to register phone number.
4)	Press 1 to confirm upon hearing the number raed out to you.
5)	Alternatively, use SMS Commands for the service to register.
*	Note: Please use SMS commands to register private numbers.

What are the calling rates of the calling cards to overseas countries?
Calling rates to different overseas countries are different. You may find these calling rates here or call our customer service at 6838 7737. [back to top]

Would I be charged for local air-time when I call?
Calls make from fixed line are toll-free. Only IDD charges will be deducted from your prepaid value. However, local air-time will apply if you are calling from mobile phone. You may use Call Back service from a Free Incoming Call Mobile to make call to avoid paying for air-time. [back to top]

Can I use your Prepaid IDD card to make local mobile calls?
Yes. By using Call Back service, you can make local calls from your mobile at 5cents/min. [back to top]

Can I use your services in other countries?
No. Prepaid IDD card can only be used in Singapore. [back to top]

How do I set the speed-dial?
Please set the speed-dial using your registered numbers,

1)	Dial access number 6877 5977.
2)	Select language.
3)	Press 3 to select set speed-dial memory.
4)	Press 01 to 09 to select speed-dial memory 01~09.
5)	Enter overseas country code, area code, telephone number followed by # key.
8)	If you wish to continue to store number in another speed-dial memory, wait for the voice prompt instructions and repeat the steps.

Alternatively, you can SMS with text content 'SD'+01~09+'#'+PhoneNumber and send to +65 9229 5935.(E.g. 'SD01#60128888888' to set speed dial memory '01' to '60128888888')

How do I use the speed-dial?

Alternatively, from any of the registered numbers,

Dial the access number 6877 5969.

Wait for the prompt "Please enter the country code�"

-	Enter "01" + "#" to call speed-dial memory "01" number
-	Enter "02" + "#" to call speed-dial memory "02" number

How do I top up my prepaid value?
You may use any of the following methods.

1)	Use your VISA or MASTER credit card to top up on-line. Minimum top up will be $10.00.
2)	Use your VISA or MASTER credit card to top up by calling our customer service at 6838 7737. Minimum top up will be $10.00.

What is the expiry date of the card after topping up?
The new expiry date will be 180 days from the date of top-up. [back to top]
