Where can I use your calling cards to make overseas calls?
You can use our calling cards at any of the telephone in Singapore, for example Hotel Phone, House phone, Mobile phone* or Public Payphone*.
* 1800 Toll Free access number cannot be used in StarHub Payphone. When calling the 1800 Toll Free number from payphone, surcharge will apply. Local air-time charges will incur when calling using Mobile Phone.

How do I use your calling card to make calls?
The instructions are printed at the back of the card.

First, dial the access number, 6766 3939, 6622 9588 or 1800-766 3939. You will be prompted to select the language. Press One for English, Two for Chinese, Three for Tagalog (Philippines), Four for Indonesian, Five for Tamil, and Six for Thai. |

Enter the 12 digit card numbers (scratch to reveal) located at the bottom left of the back of the card upon hearing the next prompt. Your card's balance will be read to you from the system. |

Subsequently, enter your overseas telephone number in the order of country code + area code + tel. no + '#' key. Your call will be connected in a few seconds. The maximum talk time of your call will also be read to you. |

Do I need to insert the calling card at the payphone to make calls?
No. You do not need to insert the card into the payphone to make calls.

Would I be charged for local calls when I use your calling card?
Depending on the access number you dial from. Our calling cards normally provides two access number, 6766 3939, 6622 9588 and 1800-766 3939 for users to dial in.

6766 3939 and 6622 9588 is NOT a toll free number. Prevailing local call charges is applicable during the whole of call. |

1800-766 3939 number is a toll free number. You will not be charged for dialing this number from normal Phone*. However, surcharge of per minute may apply if you are calling public payphone, which will be deducted from the card directly. |
* 1800 Toll Free access number cannot be used in StarHub Payphone. Certain phones may bar users from calling the 1800 Toll Free number. Local air-time charges will incur when calling using Mobile Phone.

Can I use your calling card to make local calls?
Yes. Our calling card can be used to make local and international calls. For local call, you need to key in Country Code = 65, followed by the telephone number.

Can I use your calling cards in other countries?
Yes. You can register your overseas mobile number to the cards and use international callback service from overseas. Please refer to Roam&Call page on how to register & call.

What is the top-up function?
Top-up function allows you to top-up the card values by combining the multiple cards value into one. You may do so in order to maintain only one card number rather than a few or to simply combine multiple cards of smaller values into a bigger one.

How do I use the top-up card function?

You may use any of the following methods.

What is the expiry date of the card after topping up?
The system will pick the latest expiry date between two cards that was combined to become the new expiry date. If the top-up were done on-line or via S.A.M. by SingPost, the expiry date will be 180 days from the current date.

Speed-dial function allows you to store up to 9 numbers in your card for easy & fast dialing to overseas numbers.

How do I change the speed-dial memory?
Follows the steps for setting the speed-dial memory. By re-entering the same speed dial memory location, it will over-write the existing number that is already stored inside.

Can I continue to use the same speed dial memory setting after I have finished the value inside the card?
Yes. You can do so by topping up the values in your existing card. As long as you maintain using the same card number, you will be able to use the same speed dial memory setting.
