You will need to register again in the event that your mobile number is changed. This is to ensure the integrity of the service and to verify your mobile number.

How will I be charged when using CHATCHAT app?
IDD charges will be deducted from the calling card PIN. Local air-time apply when using the IDD 1526 method from mobile phones. Data connection* is required to trigger callbacks and send text messages. * When you use CHATCHAT app on a 3G network, the operator may charge for the data charges or internet access fees. Users without 3G data plans may use Wi-Fi connections.

How to top up?
You may topup with through the app or at our website www.chatchat.com.sg using either VISA/Mastercard credit cards.

What is the expiry date of the card after topping up??
The system will pick the latest expiry date between two cards that was combined to become the new expiry date. If the top-up were done on-line or via S.A.M. by SingPost, the expiry date will be 180 days from the current date.

From the app, set the Call method to 1526. Enter the destination number or select from your contact list, and call. The app will insert the 1526 prefix and call.
